1/2 cup vegetable oil (sesame and olive)
1/3 cup chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
4 teaspoons nutritional yeast
4 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 cups vegetable and/or mushroom broth
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

*Optional: add sauteed mushrooms

Saute first three ingredients. When cooked to perfection, add everything else.
Bring to a boil. Cook to Desired consistancy.
